KT-8583 3 Station Rubber Sole Injection Molding Machine

Product: Specialized in the production of soles and soles with inserts.

1. Intelligent electrical system for man-machine interface controlled by SIEMENS PLC system, Mitsubishi frequency conversion control element.

2.The 200 tons clamping force enhances the machine’s potential performances, thus achieving the optimum configuration to respond effectively, flexibly and speedily to the latest market demands.

3. Hydraulic management controlled by permanent magnet brushless motors (SERVO-MOTORS) which, in addition to energy saving, completely eliminates the annoying noise normally generated by conventional hydraulics.

4. Injectors with specific screws(nanoscale processing) having profiles designed for different material types.

5. One station with one set mold ,pressure, time of moulding, mould temperature and cooling time all controlled independently, which can make the outsole perfect.Finished product ratio can up to 98%.

6. Automatic system for open and close mold will reduce labor intensity a lot.
